* The horse of the month is a special horse that I pick out of all the horses that I am training that month. This special horse's progress will be posted. The horse has to have a special quality that makes me feel he/she will make a huge transition during training.

"Captain"
Captain turned 3 on August 11th of this year. He was a bit full of himself before training started. But his training is just getting started and is taking off like wildfire. He is more willing and able than you can imagine. What a great horse this is. There will be more to come....
